Welcome to the Think Bike Shop, where you will find all our Think Bike branded products such as reflective vests, stickers, pamphlets and T-shirts.

Please note that Think Bike, including the online shop, is run entirely by volunteers. The lead time on most orders is 3 weeks, unless there is a longer lead time specified on the item you are purchasing. We will do our best to get your order off to you as quickly as possible!

While there is no contact number for the Shop, you are more than welcome to contact the current team that are running the Shop by emailing shop@thinkbike.co.za with any queries you may have.

Registration as a Shopper:

First off, you will be required to register and create an account. This will allow you to access the online store in order to place an order.

If you are already a member of the Think Bike Forum, please be aware that your Forum username and password are not valid for the Shop.

Payment for your Order:

Payment can be made in one of 3 ways:

• EFT into the Think Bike Bank account using your order number as a reference and emailing your proof of payment to shop@thinkbike.co.za.
• Cash deposit into the Think Bike Bank account using your order number as a reference and emailing your proof of payment to shop@thinkbike.co.za.
• Credit Card payment using the Netcash system that is available in the checkout process.

Although we do our best to allocate all payments into our bank account as soon as they are received, failure to use your order number as a reference and emailing your proof of payment when paying by EFT or Cash deposit, will result in a delay in processing your order. Bank details will be made available to you during the check out process.

Delivery or Collection of your Order:

At this time, there are only two options available to receive your order from the Shop:

• Door to door COURIER delivery is available country wide and requires a day time, week day physical address as the courier will require your parcel to be signed for and only operates from 9 am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• SELF COLLECTION from Cape Town only. If you select the option to collect from Cape Town, an update on your order will be sent to you when the goods are ready for collection, along with the physical address from where you can collect. A suitable time for collection will need to be arranged with the Cape Town volunteer as you will be collecting your goods from their home.
